To enhance your experience, we have deliberately dispensed with televisions and Wi-Fi in the rooms.

Additional helpful information for your vacation
The rooms are ready and available from 2pm. Please let us know in case you arrive after 7 pm. On the day of departure we ask you to leave the room by 11 am. If you arrive earlier, we will be happy to provide access to our public areas until your room is ready.
Our special free service: Early check-in and late check-out are possible depending on availability.

The Austrian hotel contract conditions according to § 5 of the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 (AGBH 2006) apply.
We are happy to pick you up from the train station Spittal / Millstätter See (EUR 30,00 per ride) as well as from the airport Klagenfurt (price on request).
„Four-legged friends“ are warmly welcome with us in the Naturhotel Alpenrose. As a welcome gift, a tasty welcome sausage awaits him / her in addition to plenty of room for exercise.
Accommodation in the room
Please bring your own sleeping accommodation for your dog (a dog basket, dog blanket or lockable sleeping box).
Our hotel beds are absolutely taboo for dogs. Please be considerate of that.
If your dog is running free in your room, please make sure to put the sign “Do not disturb” on your room door and let the reception know.
This is only for prevention to avoid possible territorial behavior of the dog. The hotel’s own towels are not available for dogs. Please use your own towels to dry your dog.
In the restaurant/on the terrace
In the restaurant/terrace, dogs are not permitted due to hygienic guidelines.
We ask for your understanding.
Costs
For your dog we charge you € 20,00- per night. This price is exclusive of food and covers only a small part of the costs that are incurred by the
thorough special final cleaning. Should your room be above average dirty due to your dog, we will charge a one-time additional final cleaning fee of at least € 100,- (or up to the amount of the actual costs incurred by us).
Walking
We kindly ask you to use the excrement bags (at the roadside). Additionally, please remove the excrement from the entire hotel area, playground, on our sunbathing lawns and in the surrounding area. Farmers also have the right to have meadows and fields free of excrement.

You can pay your room bill on the day of departure from 8.00 am (cash, EC card, Visa, Mastercard).
