With Hatha Yoga to more stability and serenity
Due to the varied and high demands of everyday life, it is often difficult to remain stable and calm. We often feel tense, exhausted, or restless and want more balance.
In this yoga week you will learn simple yoga and breathing exercises that serve to relax, come to rest, draw strength and build stability. Short information units introduce the yoga class and meditative exercises round it off.
"Favorite exercises" can then become companions in everyday life.
Previous knowledge is not required.
Course leader: Nicole Wagner, trainer for yoga and coaching, focus on yoga of energy, member of the professional association of yoga teachers in Germany (BDY / EYU)
